Having started in Edinburgh city centre, we have specialised in generating new business for our clients, building long-lasting customer relationships and developing people. As a result of our proud reputation we have expanded to Leeds to enable more opportunity.
We are proud to work with huge clients and help them acquire new customers around the UK, with our main focus now in Leeds.

Over the years, we have helped clients in different industries such as Finance, Insurance, Security, Telecoms and Charity organisations with their sales & marketing campaigns. Build a successful career at amina through our business development programme. With the owner starting off as a brand ambassador himself with no experience in sales, you get to work your way up the progression ladder with their guidance.
Stage 1 - Brand ambassador
All Brand Ambassadors start their journey at the same level. The first step is to learn and apply the basic concepts of sales and customer service.
Stage 2 - Leader
At this stage, leaders start gaining confidence in their sales skills. They also acquire personal management and strategic thinking skills.
Stage 3 - Promoting Leader
Promoting Leaders will learn how to pass on knowledge and manage a small group. It’s all about the ability to manage and inspire others.
Stage 4 - Team Leader
At this stage, Team Leaders are confident in developing people. They will then learn how to run a sizeable team and manage performance to exceed goals.
Stage 5 - Assistant Owner
Anyone who reaches the Assistant Owner level can comfortably run and manage a large-sized team. They also discover what it takes to run a business, from recruitment to financing
Stage 6 - Owner
It is a massive accomplishment to reach Ownership. It means understanding all aspects of running a business. It also means being ready to build their own empire.
